Burner work
TCR technicians work on all makes and models of burners. From burner housings, motors, diffusers, nozzles; anything connected to the burner system TCR can handle. Our technicians goal is to give the customer a dependable burner service experience. We don’t stop at service though; TCR is able to install conversions, from fuel to control – TCR can handle it all.
Refractory work
TCR technicians work on all refractory needs. From repairs to out right replacements, TCR works on everything. If the customer needs a repair that prolongs the life of their refractory, TCR is there. Our technicians are able to re-pour complete rear doors, replace liner and dry-oven brick, use cast-able, mold pound-able and install insul-blanket.
Combustion tuning
TCR technicians are able to tune burners that burn Natural Gas, Light or Heavy Oil, Propane Gas, Bio Gas, CNG or RFO fuels. Our goal is to provide the customer with the highest combustion efficiency that is reliable and repeatable. TCR technicians use calibrated analyzers and each customer is provided what they need for environmental reporting.
Controls
TCR technicians excel at control work. Trouble shooting is at the heart of our work and the customer will always understand the root of the problem. Whether we do simple switch change-outs or complete control conversions, TCR provides great solutions. Our technicians work on both linkage driven burners and servo driven burners.
